A classical foundation for every student
I offer classical piano lessons and music theory from my home studio in downtown Guelph. Although I am flexible in my methods I generally follow the Royal Conservatory of Music Syllabus. Whether or not students wish to go through with exams or perform in music festivals is entirely up to them, although both are generally encouraged. Above all, I aim to instill a love of classical music in students, regardless of age or ability. Students who wish to eventually move on to learn jazz and pop are well served to develop a foundation in classical piano technique.
Serving Guelph as well as students from Fergus, Rockwood, and surrounding areas. Easy access from Exhibition Park, St Georges Park and The Ward.

Piano lessons for kids, teens and adults
I offer personalized piano lessons for students of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to advanced pianists. Each lesson is tailored to the student's individual goals, whether that means learning for enjoyment, developing strong technique, preparing for Royal Conservatory examinations, or participating in festivals and performances.
I teach children, teens, adults, homeschool students, retirees, professionals, and those returning to piano after many years away. My goal is to provide a supportive and engaging learning environment where students can build confidence, develop their musical skills, and foster a lifelong love of music.
Beginners
No prior experience required. Build proper technique, note reading, and musical fundamentals from the start.
Intermediate
Develop repertoire, refine technique, and explore more complex musical concepts and styles.
Advanced
Prepare for RCM examinations, festivals, and performances with focused, high-level instruction.
